Pssst.  Hey.  Did you know that lava lamps are still available?  I know that because I read this Craigslist ad titled, “Lava Lamps are still available.”

Totally made my day, man.  I mean… now if we can just find some place where we can still get bellbottoms, tie-dye, and hemp bracelets… my life would be complete.

Oh–and 8-tracks too.

Okay, okay… what this person actually means is that he or she had apparently put these 6 lava lamps on Craigslist, found an interested buyer… who flaked out and never showed.  Um… maybe that’s just what you should expect when you’re selling to the Grateful Dead crowd?  Just a thought.

But who collects lava lamps anyway?  Stamps… coins… antique baby bottles… but who collects lava lamps?  I didn’t know Cheech and Chong had moved to White House, TN!  Welcome to the neighborhood, eh, Holmes?
