When you send us a tip, scoop, story, or photograph, you are giving us permission to use that information or picture in our Sumner Shortcuts website and other promotional materials.
From time to time, we may find it necessary to alter the photo to protect someone (license plate numbers, for instance, will be blurred).
We will never post your shortcut without giving you credit by first name. So please, if you are the least bit shy and do not want your real name published with your photo or scoop, then use an alias.
Unfortunately, we cannot promise to post everything we receive. As much as possible, we will aim to be family-friendly, so keep it PG-13.
All submissions from readers in a calendar month will be included in a random drawing for a prize pack we’re calling Dinner And A Movie (original, isn’t it?). We’ll draw one contributor’s name at the end of the month and that person will receive two tickets to a movie and a gift certificate to a local restaurant for dinner for two. As the site and the community of contributors grows, so will the prizes.
