Anyone living in Hendersonville got a heck of a light show last night, as a lightning storm rolled through.

I was visiting friends when the main section of the storm hit–just barely made it inside before the real scary stuff started.

And, as it happened, I had a camera with me.

Now, I’m not a photographer.  I don’t have a fancy camera.  And some of these pictures are a bit blurry.  Sue me.  They’re still cool as heck.

So I thought I’d share.  I just set the camera to rapid fire, turned off the flash, and fired away.  Must have taken about 200 pictures in the span of a few minutes…  here are the best in terms of mood and lighting–these were all taken well after dark.  The only light provided was the storm’s.  Hope you enjoy:
