Dude, you cannot sell an entire town.

This guy’s trying to sell Bethpage or Portland… or both. Have you even asked the citizens of Portland if they want to be sold?  I doubt they do.  They might, however, allow you to sell a certain school teacher from Portland.

Not only is it not possible to sell an entire town… but even if it were, I doubt Craigslist is the way to go.
