So the Tennessean has an interesting article today about the Cool Springs area adding 200,000 square feet of retail space.
It takes the total square footage of that complex from 1.3 million to 1.5 million.

It’s going to be gigantic. Huge. More that twice the size of simiar developments in Murfreesboro & Mount Juliet. Bigger than Cool Springs. More retail space than Rivergate.
