In the past six days there have been three serious accidents on Vietnam Veterans Parkway during the morning “rush hour” commute.  At least one of these wrecks was fatal. 

A major accident every other day is not a good pace to be on.  What is it about this road that’s causing so many wrecks here lately?  (Yes, alcohol is suspected in at least one of them). 

I don’t know about you, but I was pretty darn alert after last Friday’s crash whenever I got on Vietnam Vets.  I was pretty darn aware of the recent tragedy and going above and beyond to drive as safely as possible.  Here’s hoping the trend reverses and we can go a good couple weeks without an accident out there.
